Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Highlands of Scotland

For deliveries to the highlands of Scotland, our standard courier services do not apply due to the remote and unique geographical challenges of the area. As such, orders destined for these regions are handled by specialized shipping services, designed to navigate the specific conditions of the highlands. Please note that these services incur additional charges, which are calculated based on the exact location and the size of the order and will be displayed at the checkout. We are committed to ensuring that even the most remote areas are served with the utmost care and efficiency.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5-7 days.
  • Shipping Times: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the value of the order, and the delivery address.

Standard Delivery – For orders up to £100.00 will be £8.00.

Premium Delivery – For orders between £100.01 and £200.00 will be £15.00.

Express Delivery – For orders between £200.01 and £250.00 will be £25.00.

Free delivery – For orders above £250.01.

Please note, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or other factors. If there are any shipping limitations for your order, you will be notified at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dojo-depot.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
