Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser only when we receive full payment (and when any cheque given in payment has been honoured).

 

Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery and ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against any loss incurred provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from our negligence.

 

We cannot accept any liability for damage to property or injury through mis-use of equipment purchased. The protective equipment will not prevent all injuries. Severe blows to the head may cause serious injury (or death) and severe blows to other protected areas may cause a fracture or serious injury. Use a full a full set of protective gear under proper or professional supervision.

 

Any charges incurred from our debt collecting agency, will be passed on to the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in original condition, with the original packaging and you have proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items, meaning only 75% of the value of the original invoice (excluding delivery fee) will be refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns: The cost of returning any item is to be borne by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, sale or discontinued items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
