How to Mould Your Dojo Depot Mouth Guard
Place the mouth guard in hot water (approximately 75°C) for 15–20 seconds.
Carefully remove it and allow it to cool for a few seconds.
Position the mouth guard in your mouth and bite down firmly to create a secure fit.
Once moulded, place it in cold water to set the shape.
